A late commute, first meeting, solo shift, drive across town, fall away from a phone, or sudden health concern can happen anywhere, often when no one else is nearby. MySentry now available in the Ring Appstore, giving Ring customers a direct way to add mobile personal safety and health monitoring to the technology they already use.
MySentry helps users trigger a Panic Alarm, alert trusted contacts, and connect alarms with a 24/7 professional monitoring team. With the MySentry app, authorized responders can also view the live feed from a Ring camera during a MySentry panic alarm, providing additional visual context when the event occurs in camera view.
The experience is designed to offer people a broader safety layer with them through their phone and compatible smartwatch. MySentry remains a separate third-party service and subscription; canceling MySentry does not cancel or change a customer's Ring account or cameras.

Start through the Ring Appstore. Customers can select MySentry in the Ring Appstore and begin the listed 7-day free trial. The Ring Appstore is available to anyone with a compatible Ring subscription plan.
Sign in and connect. The customer signs in to an existing MySentry account or creates one, completes the safety profile, and connects an eligible Ring camera and location with the required permissions.
Configure the people who should know. Users add trusted emergency contacts and choose the audio, video, location, and notification settings that apply during an eligible alarm.
Use safety beyond the home. MySentry remains available from supported iOS and Android phones and compatible Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch models. Ring Appstore -sourced MySentry subscriptions are managed through Ring Appstore's billing portal.
The Ring Appstore listing currently offers MySentry at $4.99 per month per device, plus applicable taxes, with a 7-day free trial and cancellation at any time.
